Tina Kaminsky Phillips is a Senior Real Estate Advisor with the Kaminsky Real Estate Group (KRG). As the daughter of Top Producing agent Ed Kaminsky, she was born into South Bay real estate. As a team they consistently sell over 110 homes a year with a volume approaching $200M. Tina has worked a variety of real estate jobs since she was 18 years old. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business and emphasis in Real Estate Finance.

After learning about all areas of real estate (commercial, leasing, retail, and land development), Tina landed a position with KRG in 2009. Tina’s specialty is working with sellers, buyers, divorces, attorneys, builders, probates, trust/estate sales, luxury real estate and investors. Tina is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. As a CDRE, she is an educator and a highly used resource on Family Law cases.
