  3. We will search the Multiple Listing Service multiple times everyday for new listings that fit the criteria you identify as important.
  4. You will receive the most current market information via email, fax or by phone which ever you prefer.
  5. We will help you to shop for a lender or mortgage professional and help you to get the best rates available. This will assure that you are in the best position possible when we present your offer.
  6. We will structure your written offer so that it has the best chance for acceptance.
  7. We will call owners of homes not currently for sale and we network with the top agents that have pocket listings. We find properties that no one else knows about.
  8. We will refer you to top industry leaders if you need professional assistance with your inspections, title insurance, home owners insurance or any future maintenance/repairs.
  9. We will thoroughly explain the process of writing an offer, opening escrow and what to expect when shopping for a new home.
  10. When you hire us, you hire a highly experienced team all specialized to bring you the best service possible.
  11. We will answer any questions, set appointments or check on the availability of any properties that you drive by, see in the newspaper or hear about through friends and family.
  12. We will save you time by previewing new listings on the market and showing you the best of what we see.

Buyer Commitments
 

 

  1. You work with us exclusively and allow us to represent your best interest when writing an offer.
  2. If you see a home that sparks your interest, you call our office and we research the availability of the home and set an appointment to show it to you.
  3. If you wander into an open house, introduce yourself to the agent holding the open house and let them know you are working with the Kaminsky Team.
  4. If you talk to any friends, family or co-workers who are thinking of buying or selling give them the opportunity to receive extraordinary service by introducing them to us.
  5. Feel free to ask us any questions as we are here to make sure your home buying experience goes smoothly.
